Our Services
Free Local Delivery
We deliver all large items purchased from us locally Free Of Charge. We will deliver your item to a room of your choice. There is no charge for delivering up steps, unlike most national retailers who will not deliver where there are over two steps or to flats. Please Note: Kettles and Toasters are not classed as large items.
Installation
We can unpack and install your new freestanding fridge freezer to suitable points, level it and remove the packaging. There is a charge for this of £20
Recycling
We can remove your old product on a like for like basis for recycling. Recycling is free but there is a transportation and storage charge. This is currently £20 for items such as washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, etc., and £20 for refrigeration, excluding American style, and will include the removal of the packaging.
We do not deliver kettles and toasters. They have to be collected from our shop.
