Our Services
Free Local Delivery
We can deliver this tumble dryer locally Free Of Charge. We will deliver it to a room of your choice. There is no charge for delivering up steps, unlike most national retailers who will not deliver where there are over two steps or to flats.
Terms and Conditions
This is a consumer only promotion. In order to claim the Gift, Claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full receipt, a photograph of the appliance’s ENR number and full address), which is available on https://www.neff-home.com/uk/retail-multibuy-cashback A copy of original purchase receipts and a photograph of the appliance ENR number must be sent with all claim forms.
Recycling
We can remove your old product on a like for like basis for recycling. Recycling is free but there is a transportation and storage charge. This is currently £20 for items such as washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, etc., and £30 for refrigeration, excluding American style, and will include the removal of the packaging.
Delivery Times
We normally arrange for a delivery time between 9 AM and 1 PM, or between 2 PM and 5 PM, so you are not waiting in all day for us. We can telephone you when our delivery staff are on the way if required. Please Note: We do not deliver on a Thursday or a Sunday.
